You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ari303 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence and physical location. ari303 does not accept players from jurisdictions where our Services would violate local gaming regulations.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. You may not use the ari303 platform if you are legally prohibited from gambling, have previously been excluded from gambling services, or are acting on behalf of another person.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the ari303 platform. Multiple Accounts opened by the same individual (whether intentionally or unintentionally) are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate Accounts associated with the same person, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void bets, confiscate winnings, and forfeit balances. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account termination.
ari303 is required to verify the identity of all Users in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. As part of the verification process, we may request copies of government-issued identification documents (such as your Indonesian KTP identity card), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account confirmation, e-wallet screenshots). You must provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on withdrawals and may lead to Account suspension. Verified Accounts benefit from faster withdrawal processing and higher transaction limits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify ari303 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. ari303 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance Account security.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate. If your contact details, residential address, or payment methods change, you are required to update this information promptly through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. ari303 is not responsible for failed communications or payment issues resulting from outdated Account information.
ari303 accepts deposits via a range of Indonesian payment methods, including major local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Most deposits settle within 2-10 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts owned by someone other than the registered Account holder) are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal, Account suspension, and potential forfeiture of funds. ari303 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC), fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If the original deposit method cannot accommodate withdrawals, you may be required to nominate an alternative withdrawal method and provide supporting documentation.
Standard withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified Accounts, depending on your VIP tier and the payment method selected. VIP members (Gold tier and above) benefit from priority withdrawal processing. ari303 does not charge withdrawal fees for transfers to Indonesian bank accounts, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account settings and vary based on your verification status and VIP tier. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected.
ari303 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (turnover) before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement is a standard AML measure and applies even if you have not accepted any bonus offers. Suspicious transaction patterns, including frequent deposits and immediate withdrawal requests without significant wagering activity, will trigger enhanced due diligence and may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension pending investigation.
By placing a bet on the ari303 platform, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the bet, the odds offered, the potential payout, and any specific rules governing that market or game. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn unless ari303 determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a system malfunction or incorrect odds display (see Section 5.4 Obvious Errors).
For sports betting, a bet is not considered valid until you receive on-screen confirmation that the bet has been accepted. If there is any doubt about whether a bet has been successfully placed, you should check your betting history immediately and contact customer support if necessary. ari303 is not responsible for bets that were not successfully transmitted due to internet connectivity issues, browser malfunctions, or user error.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, FIA for MotoGP). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bet settlement depends on the specific sport rules outlined in our detailed sports betting rules (available on the platform). In general, bets on abandoned matches are voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within a specified timeframe.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently tested for fairness. Live casino games are settled based on the dealer's actions and the game rules as broadcast in real-time. Togel bets are settled according to the official draw results published by the relevant lottery operator (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney, etc.).
Winning bets are credited to your Account balance immediately upon settlement. ari303 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to an obvious error, including but not limited to: manifestly incorrect odds (e.g., decimal odds of 1.01 displayed for an underdog when the correct odds should have been 10.00), incorrect event information, technical malfunctions that result in bets being accepted after an event has already started, or bets placed on events that were already concluded at the time the bet was placed. In the event of an obvious error, the bet will be voided, and the stake will be returned to your Account balance. ari303's decision on what constitutes an obvious error is final.
ari303 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. Bonus eligibility, activation procedures, wagering requirements, and expiry dates are specified in the terms and conditions of each individual promotion. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with the specific terms attached to that offer.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Abuse of bonus offers, including the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, use of automated betting systems or strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other players, will result in bonus forfeiture, confiscation of winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanent Account closure.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or rollover). The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 10,000,000 before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

If we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus, confiscate any winnings derived from the bonus, and close your Account without prior notice.
All content on the ari303 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, odds data, and audiovisual materials, is the property of ari303 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

While ari303 strives to provide uninterrupted access to our platform, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or events beyond our reasonable control. ari303 is not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, and we reserve the right to suspend or modify Services without prior notice.
The ari303 platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ari303, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ari303 Services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that there is no guaranteed way to win. You accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through your use of ari303 Services. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance, subject to completion of any wagering requirements and verification procedures. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
ari303 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at our discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
In the event of Account termination for cause, ari303 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, void pending bets, and withhold winnings. If we terminate your Account without cause, we will return your deposited balance minus any winnings derived from voided bets.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee to cover maintenance costs. We will notify you via email before applying any such fee. After 24 months of inactivity, we reserve the right to close the Account and forfeit any remaining balance. To prevent this, simply log in and place at least one bet within the 12-month period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation. Where conflicts arise between local Indonesian law and international regulations, the interpretation most favorable to legal enforceability shall apply.

Any claim or dispute arising from your use of ari303 Services must be brought within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims not brought within this limitation period are forever barred.
